1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

2. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it or that put the platform, other customers, or third parties at risk.

3. Fees & renewals

Fees are billed in advance for the term you select. Your renewal price matches your then-current plan price. Domain registrations and renewals are subject to registry pricing and policies.

Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Refunds

Hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. Domain registrations and certain add-ons are non-refundable once registered.

5. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime and maintain backups, but the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance is communicated where practical.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected Service in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these Terms or non-payment, with notice where required.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
