IT services, end to end

We build, run and secure the software your business depends on.

Custom applications, cloud infrastructure, AI, data, security and customer messaging — designed, built and supported by one accountable team.

One partner, from the first prototype to the 3am incident

Technology problems rarely stay in one box. A checkout that drops orders is part application, part database, part infrastructure — and sometimes part carrier. When each layer belongs to a different vendor, the space between them quietly becomes your job.

We cover the whole path. The software that gets written, the cloud it runs on, the data it produces, the security around it, and the messages it sends your customers. One team, one contract, one number to call.

We ran production infrastructure for years before we wrote a line of anyone else's application — so the operational advice comes from being on call, not from a partner badge.

How the work fits together

Build it. Run it. Secure it. Connect it.

Four verbs, in the order most clients need them. Each one is a practice you can buy on its own — most people start with one and add the next when it becomes the bottleneck.

  1. Build

    Software shaped around your process

Custom applications, web platforms and mobile apps designed for how your business actually works — instead of bending the business to fit a product built for a market average.

    • Two-week iterations with a working demo each time
    • Staging environment you can use from week one
    • Tests, code review and CI included, not quoted separately
  2. Run

Infrastructure run by the team that's on call for it

Cloud migration, DevOps and managed operations from a team that has run its own production hosting platform for years. The advice comes from being on call, not from a certification path.

    • Cloud in your accounts, at your vendor's price — no reseller markup
    • Monitoring, patching and backups with restores actually tested
    • Contractual response times, published before you sign
  3. Secure

Findings ranked by what an attacker could do

Security audits, hardening and compliance readiness — with issues prioritised by real exploitability rather than by scanner severity score, and a remediation you can actually action.

    • Every engagement scoped and authorised in writing first
    • Report written to be handed to anyone, with reproduction steps
    • Compliance evidence assembled as you go, not before an audit
  4. Connect

Every customer conversation through one API

SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, voice and email campaigns on a single platform — one integration, one dashboard, one invoice, with routing and fallback configured deliberately rather than by accident.

    • Consent, opt-out and sender registration handled per market
    • Delivery receipts you can reconcile against your own records
    • Explicit channel fallback — never a silent downgrade

What we do

Five practices, one delivery team

Engage one or all of them. The same engineers, leads and support desk sit behind every line.

Who we do it for

Sectors we know well

Domain context matters more than technology choice. These are the industries where we already know the constraints, the integrations and the regulator.

How we work

Scope, design, build, run

Four stages, and you can stop after any of them. The first one is free and the output is yours whether or not you hire us.

  1. Scope

A working session on the problem, what exists, and what success looks like in numbers. You leave with a written scope, an approach and a cost range.

  2. Design

Architecture, data model and the integration points that cause trouble later. Clickable prototypes before production code.

  3. Build

Two-week iterations, a working demo each time, staging from week one. Tests, review and CI are part of the work, not an upsell.

  4. Run

Deployment, monitoring, backups and an agreed support window — or a clean handover with source, runbooks and credentials.

What we can put in writing

FAQ

Common questions

The things prospective clients ask before the first call.

What kind of company is HostMentor?

An IT services company. We design and build custom software, run the cloud infrastructure it sits on, secure it, and handle the customer messaging around it. We also operate our own hosting and domain business, which is where the company started and where a lot of our operational experience comes from.

Do you still do web hosting and domains?

Yes. Hosting, domains and business email are still fully supported products with their own plans and control panel — they now sit inside our Cloud & Infrastructure practice rather than being the whole company. Existing customers see no change.

How quickly can you start?

A scoping session is usually within a few days of you getting in touch. Build start depends on the engagement: a fixed-scope project typically kicks off two to three weeks after the scope is agreed, and a dedicated team usually takes three to four weeks to assemble.

Who owns the code you write?

You do, from the first commit. Repositories, cloud accounts and domains are in your name wherever the vendor allows it, and handover includes runbooks and credentials as standard rather than on request.

Can you work with our existing team?

Frequently. We embed alongside in-house engineers, take a specific workstream, or provide a dedicated squad that reports into your leads. We're equally happy being one of several vendors, as long as ownership boundaries are written down.

Where is your team?

Our delivery team is in India, working with clients across India, the Gulf, the UK and North America. Our hours overlap with European and US-East mornings, and we keep a shared channel with every active client.

Tell us what you're building

A few lines is enough to start. We'll come back with an approach, a rough cost, and an honest view of whether we're the right people for it.

We reply within one business day. No sales sequence, no shared data — privacy policy.
